Terms & Conditions
Our association will be governed by the following terms :-
- Our placement service charges equivalent to 10% of gross salary for open positions across levels. (Annual gross salary includes Basic salary + HRA + all other allowances e.g. conveyance, medical, LTA, PF or any other allowances included in the package).
- Payment Terms : 100% payment within 45 days from the date of joining of the candidate by Cheque / DD in favor of Exelon Consulting.
- A copy of the appointment letter along with a detailed statement containing all components of remuneration package will be made available to us for the billing purpose. It will be the responsibility of the client to send a copy of the appointment letter to us as soon as it is issued to the candidate.
- In case where candidate is selected and decides not to join but is hired by the client for the same or different position within a period of six months then full consultancy fee will be payable to us.
- Service tax will be charged @ 12.36% (under clause 65 subhead 90(K) of chapter V of the Finance Act 1994) on the Monthly Gross salary of the candidate as applicable.
